• Additional sightseeing or usages of vehicle not mention in the itinerary.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot)
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride, porterage, etc.

We have added special cancelation or modification policy for all situations which are beyond our control like Pandemic Situations (e.g. Covid-19), Natural disaster, Political Disturbances. The same has been mentioned here separately.

• 21 days prior to departure: 20% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
• 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
• 10 days prior to departure: 80% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
• 07 days prior to departure: 100% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
