Terms and Conditions

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.

• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room.The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed with extra charges

• The itinerary can be modified as per your requirement

• AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas

• Please note and be informed that there will be no refund of money after the packages commences and if one cannot complete activity or getsicks enroute

Cancellation Policy

• 21 days prior to departure: 20% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.

• 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings

• 10 days prior to departure: 80% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings

• 07 days prior to departure: 100% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings

Payment Policy

• 30% of the total package amount has to be done in advance to confirm the package. Bookings will not be processed without advancepayment

• 40% of payment to be cleared at the time of arrival

• Remaining must be cleared at the time of departure
